Summary
Philza is closed-off, hardened from centuries without aging while watching his friends turn to dust, taking jobs under the moniker Angel of Death to try and feel something again.
Technoblade is a brute of a piglin with more scars than unbroken skin and a penchant for uncovering trouble, hot on the trail of… something. He’s exactly the sort of routine job that should consume a few weeks of Phil’s endless time, before he’s forced to find something else to waste away doing.
(Such a shame, then, that the Angel of Death should meet his match.)
Or: A fanfiction in which an elaborate AU is crafted as an excuse to focus entirely on Technoblade and Philza's relationship.

The avian has his eyes closed. He panics, is he gone like Boo?

Techno halts just before entering the back room of the coffee shop, turning and folding his arms across his chest to raise an eyebrow at Tommy. “You’re a hunter and you don’t know how to do the dishes? Kid that’s just sad.”
“Oye- fuck you!”
Or: The Turtletrio vampire hunter coffee shop au where Emduo are vampire hunters running a corner side coffee shop, and Tommy is an irritated young hunter who doesn’t trust their domestic lifestyle.

Summary
Michael likes the radiator. It edges into the little room with him, warm and crackly. It gets hotter at night, and when he leans his forehead up against it, he can feel it purr. It is the warmest thing he has, and it smells like burnt socks.
It sounds like Boo-dad humming to him, on the nights he has long teeth and his eyes get all purple. Michael misses his fathers. He wants T’bbo to sing to him and run a comb through his fine pinkish fur. He wants Boo to play dolls with him. He wants to eat an entire stack of pancakes with strawberry sauce.
Strange man comes to bring him breakfast. Golden carrots, his favorite. So this man must be nice. “Where Da?” he tries asking.
Nice Man goes stiff and drops the carrot he’s holding. He leaves without hugging the little piglin, or even patting his head. Michael shivers. He misses being touched and caressed and held. Boo always carries him around like he weighs nothing, tight and secure to his chest, and he feels like the most precious thing in the world.

“He’s just a child.” Phil answers distractedly, humming as his wings get gently yanked at.
“He’s the first of three to destroy life as we know it! Shouldn’t we, well, get rid of him?!”
“Oh, no.” Phil raises his eyes with a sharp glare. “Believe me, I have my own way of preventing the apocalypse.”

Or, Techno, Wilbur, and Tommy are basically chaotic forces of nature, destined from birth to end the world and bring destruction. Most who hear of the tale of them are trying their best to track them down, and to end the monsters while they’re still young, still just children.
Phil has a different plan.
(In which Phil raises the minecraft equivalents of the anti-christ with love and support, so much so to the point where the world ending is really just a funny thought, and Phil has three kids who casually have powers that are bit more extreme than anything else in the world)
