Ethan managed to rescue her from Mother Miranda, with the assistance of his friend Chris Redfield, and in large part due to an alliance he formed with the remaining village lords. The hammer wielding Karl Heisenberg, and the tall vampiric countess Alcina Dimitrescu.
During their recovery, Ethan and Alcina managed to bond to the point that they eventually espoused, living together in a formal relationship in Castle Dimitrescu.
Now all live in a land shared by Chris' various military agencies, the village lords and villagers.
Ethan has become fully incorporated into house Dimitrescu, now the pseudo-father to the three Dimitrescu daughters. As well as two young boys, an unconventional but welcomed addition to house Dimitrescu.
Not to forget his daughter Rose, the young woman with mold powers of incredible scope.
