After returning from the other world, Luo Binghe wants to know why that lesser version of himself gets a kind Shizun whilst he did not. So he investigates and finds that Shen Jiu has gone amnesiac and weaves a false tale to get a loving Shizun of his own.
Shen Jiu is just playing along, memories fully intact, biding his time and planning on getting revenge until a problem arises: that Beast is not so bad when he’s being so tender.

Unsure of what to make of the alternate reality the emperor has brought him to, Xie Lian has to figure out how to naviage the seemingly insane Jun Wu and Hua Cheng who has been reverted into a child. Will he be able to escape or will Xie Lian be absorbed by the environment, and will he realize that he is not alone?
