Summary
Before there was the Freelings and their Haunted Hotel...before there was Nathan finding a little boy in the woods. There was Isaac, the son of a Pastor with dreams of leaving the small settlement of Union and being free. Isaac has always been a little...odd according to the townsfolks, mostly because he can see ghosts. When an ancient demon known as Abaddon, enters Isaac's body...there are other happenings in Union.
Children going missing, animals turning up dead, the crops failing.
It all points to Isaac. However, Abaddon and Isaac know the truth..something else is going on in Union. They must work together to stop it.

Summary
It’s early December, it’s three in the morning, and honestly Katherine isn’t in the mood OR awake enough to be dealing with this. But here she is taking the half hour drive into Town to pick up Abaddon who decided to cause as much trouble as his little heart desired that night only to be caught by none other than Joel.
Alternative summary: After a serious accident the local authorities begin to question why Katherine has an Undocumented boy in her care, a conspiracy is at play and although the Freelings have contagious optimism Katherine is beginning to worry about whether or not they’ll get Abaddon back.

Summary
