That’s how TK finds himself sitting on the curb outside the bar with the two girls beside him, icing his hand as they wait for the cops.
“So what about your boyfriend? He in there? Should we go get him?” the first girl asks.
“Nah. But I hope he’ll be here in a second.” He really does hope so. Because any other officer might not be as understanding as his boyfriend.
The only thing that made this whole thing worse was that he feels weirdly like his dad—like father, like son, he guesses. Though that sentence had probably not been said with punching people in the face in mind. And it only makes him feel worse.
OR
TK deals with confusing feelings about his father and learns that he deserves to be trusted, no matter what his father thinks.

It’s not that Lancelot thinks he’s entitled to anything. It’s not even that it burns to watch the two people he loves most revolve around a man he highly respects. Truly, it has nothing to do with either him or Arthur, he considers, watching Merlin quietly clean the knights’ swords by the light of the moon.
It’s just that he thinks Merlin deserves better, sometimes.

Commander Merlin Emrys must learn to work with hotshot cap-i-tan Arthur Pendragon and the rest of the Excalibur crew on a 3 year mission into newly expanded Federation space following a brutal Romulan/Cardassian War. Arthur is eager to prove him self beyond his father as Merlin grapples with new realities in his life. Gwaine tags along, magic is a lot harder then it looks, and Will...well, it'd be a bit much to say he's there for moral support. You name it, adventure, mystery, classic "I hate your guts but I can't get enough" banter, and hey, who knows? Maybe even some Klingon warrior monks will be next episodes special guest?
