His expression is carefully blank, as if he hasn’t purposely avoided saying that word for more than a decade. It sounds perfect, the cadence, the tone. The way Bakugo drags out the vowels. It sends a chill down Deku’s spine, especially with the ease in which Bakugo says it. Had he practiced this in his room, said Deku’s real name until it came out naturally? Did Bakugo lie in bed, and whisper it over and over?
…Of all things, it’s the image of Bakugo – stretched out on the sheets in his too-tight tanktop, lips mouthing Deku’s name – that triggers a stirring in his pants.

Thor treads over heavily, still in full riding gear. He works off his leather gauntlets by each finger before tugging them off entirely and throwing them to the ground in annoyance.
