The work was a distraction Jay was happy he found.
That is, until Zane decided to ruin it. “May I ask you something?” He asks as he lays down on his back to bring them both to a more comfortable position.
“I’ll go to sleep after I'm done.”
“That wasn’t what I was going to say,” Jay frowns. “But I’m glad. I’m wondering why you laughed.”
