The only issue is, Mr. Silverbough had completely alleviated Astarion's muscle pains several sessions ago... But the very handsome physical therapist doesn't need to know that.
Astarion is more than happy to continue playing the part of the "anguished dancer", so long as it keeps landing him on Halsin's work table.

“It’s not Drowish,” Halsin pointed out matter of factly, but his voice was still low in his chest.
“Just say ‘yes, master,’ and let's get out of here. Unless you want to continue to sit here bashing each other over drinks you won’t indulge in.”

Then he tilted his head to the left, touching an ear to each of his shoulders, before pushing out his chest. His fitted suit strained against the motion, and Astarion heard a few joints pop.
“Do you happen to have your seatbelt on, sir?” the driver asked.
Astarion’s mouth, for some reason, watered.
