Alphonse is finally reunited with his body, but the long list of foods he's been waiting to try remains mostly untouched. Not eating for years has left him hypersensitive and easily overwhelmed by even mild flavors. What would have been frustrating becomes downright dangerous, as he struggles to eat enough to keep his newly regained body healthy, malnourished as it already is.
Riza... might have some experience with this sort of thing.

It feels like a miracle, the fact that she's chosen to be with him after everything they've gone through and after everything he's done, but she has. And they're here together now, in his apartment, with half their clothes off and their bodies pressed together under the thin silk of his bedsheets.
It's perfect.
Or, it would be, if not for one thing.
The reputation he has as the biggest playboy in Amestris- the idea that people have of him as this charming man who can woo any woman into his bed in a matter of minutes, who spends all of his free time sleeping around- it's false.
And even worse than that? He's been lying to Riza about it from the very start.

She resented the sickly-sweet schoolteacher for caring when her papa hadn't, and she resented her papa for being the only one who seemed to understand her. For sharing her single-minded focus, and her bluntness, and her vague aura of something off.
If only she weren't so much like her papa.
If only someone could do both—understand her, and care.
