Set about 3000 years before the Battle of Yavin, Jedi and Sith fight for the fate of the galaxy. This story follows Billy Kaplan and other Jedi Knights in their battles against the Sith. This story fits into Star Wars canon, it does not replace it.
The first part features the YA team mostly as Jedi Initiates, the second part has them as Padawans and the third as Jedi Knights.

Summary
Korriban had become a desolate wasteland over the years. The war against the Eternal Empire had pushed the Sith Empire to the brink. But they endured as they always have.
The same could be said about the republic and its Jedi protectors, as they too had been pushed beyond their limits due to conflict and madness. But between the two powerhouses, a new one grew from the outcasts, rejects, and others who committed the heinous crime of having a different opinion from the general public.
It was called The Alliance.

Vader had helped Luke defeat the emperor and died for it. But instead of turning into a force ghost and lining up to watch his children's triumph like a judgmental, force-powered peanut gallery, Vader opened his eyes to the twin suns of Tatooine. Made to kneel before Jabba's throne, the only thing Vader could think of was that this was an apt punishment.
It being 45 BBY, a pity only that neither Tatooine nor the galaxy were prepared for a full-fledged Sith lord.
