Summary
Shamrock knows the future.
He knows the power that will one day challenge the world, and he knows exactly where to find it: a small, defenceless village on the East Blue. Arriving years before the Red-Haired Pirates, Shamrock takes Monkey D. Luffy under his wing, whisking the four-year-old away on a mysterious flagship with promises of heroism and protection.
Intending to rewrite history, Shamrock raises Luffy within the ironclad halls of justice. However, the most terrifying force on the seas isn't an Ancient Weapon, but a hyperactive child who has the entire household—including Shamrock’s own intimidating father—wrapped around his finger.
(...And if Shamrock and Garling have to systematically dismantle the World Government, assassinate the Five Elders and burn Mary Geoise to the ground just because Luffy decided the Empty Throne would make a really cool fort to play pirates in... well, parenting requires sacrifices.)

Summary
In this timeline, Sabo survived. There was no ambush by Bluejam, no chains dragging him back to the hell of nobility. He stayed—where he belonged—beside his brothers.
But the fire still came.
This time, Sabo had the chance to fight it. To protect Ace. To keep Luffy far away, safe at home. It should have been enough.
It wasn’t.
Because in this world, fate didn’t repeat itself—it twisted.
And maybe… just maybe… this version of the story is worse than the one before.

Summary
Monkey D. Garp stood at the edge of Midway Forest, a rare hesitation halting his movements as he stared at the well worn forest pathway. It had been awhile since he’d come here, over two years if he remembered correctly.
In his right arm hung a sleeping child, belly up with lanky limbs swaying gently with each step. He was snoring loudly and obnoxiously, an oversized straw hat hanging from his neck. Littered across his small body were various bandages and bruises. Garp wore a small proud smile as his gaze fell upon him, worry creeping up on the edges. Got himself all tuckered out…

Or, Ace is 16 when Luffy is 6. Rather than having to soften up a 10-year-old menace, Luffy now has to deal with an edgelord teenager who’s been left alone for far too long. Basically a look into how Ace would turn out if he didn't have his brothers growing up - same timeline, just older Ace and Sabo.Series

They will escape together, or not at all.
or: ace and luffy are both captured and held captive, until a certain red-haired pirate captain and his crew finally uncover the conspiracy at hand.
