A four book series about how the Doctor falls in love with Avery Tyler and she learns to love him back. A one shot book full of episodes that take place after season 10 that inspired me to write Avery and the Doctor in. Merlin, who was in every way possible, Arthur’s complete opposite.
Where Arthur was sharp, Merlin was soft. Where Arthur was rude, Merlin was kind. Arthur’s blonde hair shone like the sun in the day, while Merlin’s raven hair reflected the moonlight like stars. Arthur’s deep plain blue eyes that met Merlin’s pale ones, with small golden flecks inside. Where Arthur was afraid to touch, Merlin was tactile. When Arthur bit back his words, Merlin rambled them.

“Nothing it’s just,” Merlin shrugged. “You’re in the process of overturning the ban on magic, some of the kingdoms have made you their enemy, some have allied with others. We’re not sure who stands on our side in the fight for magic. I’m just... concerned some might try and take it out on you during the tournament.”
“Well, I won’t need to worry, not with an all powerful warlock watching over me.” Arthur said confidently and Merlin gives him a toothy grin. “Though, if you’re that concerned... you could always, you know.... Give me your favour.”
