Slow burn take on Real psychic! Shawn, while still feeling realistic to the psych universe somehow. Characterization is great, albeit Shawn actually (moderately)matures. (Kind of has to with how the story goes). Ties up loose ends with the whole Yin/Yang theme awesomely, very satisfying.

Summary
“Dude, you need to get over here NOW, man! It’s bad! It’s really bad!” Casey’s voice came through the speaker, squeaky with panic.
Donnie felt icy fear constrict his chest. A thousand scenarios of a severely injured or maimed Leo crossed his mind all at once. Oh, let him still be alive. Please, let his big brother still be alive! “Casey! I need you to calm down and talk to me! What’s the situation? Is Leo badly hurt?!”
“Leo’s a turtle!” Casey was on the verge of hysterics.
Dead silence.
Donnie's eyelid twitched. He briefly entertained a short fantasy involving his bo staff and Casey’s remaining teeth, then forced himself to take several deep breaths. Patience. He needed patience with this special boy. “Casey...” he asked in a little too kindly voice. “Just how many times did Raphael hit you in the head tonight?”
“No, I mean he’s a normal turtle now!” Casey snapped.
“Wait, Casey...” April was horrified. “Are you saying...?”
“I’m saying that I could use Leo as a hockey puck right now!"
No Leos were actually demutated in this story.

Book Hiccup comes to the Edge, but of course this is after book 11, so there's complications...
Very fascinating idea, and the characters are written great. Also really enjoyable how when switching between pov's, the tone kind of switches between the show and the books too. Like how the language is used, it's seriously good.
