Summary
One day in the Roswaal Manor, Emilia and Rem find themselves conversing about which one of the two Subaru loves more, which is when Beatrice, his contracted spirit, overhears their conversation and gets an idea to finally settle the debate.
Using the knowledge obtained from her mother, the librarian creates a new spell, which she dubbed the "Love Meter", to finally answer the question:
Who loves Subaru more?
Watch as the people with close ties to the raven-haired boy figure out how to handle these revelations regarding Subaru's heart, and follow along as they deal with other troubles regarding the Knight's own self-worth.
Set in a timeline where Rem and Crusch have their memories, plus some other things. (More specifically set after Arc 9, but I'll try to avoid as much spoilers as possible for anime-onlies. Still, beware!)
(By the way, this idea was taken from Erki's fanfic titled "Erki’s Story Ideas for Sale!", which sparked my motivation to actually write and (hopefully) finish a fanfic, so credits to them for this story!)

Summary
I wanted to write something special for Subaru's birthday, since I always loved seeing the fandoms I was in flooded with fics on a liked character's birthday.
I struggled whether to write fluff, humor, or to try to dabble my writing in harem(since it's a special occasion), with all the them having Subaru loved like he truly deserves. But for those who mayhaps read my notes, you might know something about me. I'm a stubbron fucker. Couldn't decide between any of them, soooo, I'll write all of them. Wanted to release all of them today, but what with "managing sleep and irl", "taking care not to burn out", and "thinking about my other running fics"(all those pesky but important things), I decided to changed the challenge I presented myself.
So for the next seven days I'll release the other two oneshots in celebration of Subaru's birthday.

It started when Subaru was telling Beatrice a bedtime story he concocted in the back of his mind. Beatrice though captivated his stories keeps on interrupting him to grill him on the inconsistency. Like why is the colour of the cloak red now when it used to be black. Subaru tired of being corrected had simply elected to write down the story to keep the details consistent. Eh, would probably help in becoming fluent in this world's writing system.
It would have been fine and dandy if Otto didn't barge in clutching his notes, blabbering about how brilliant his stories are and why he should publish them. Subaru had humoured him then not really believing that his book would sell while making fun of Otto's previous record at predicting market values.
Turns out Otto hit the jackpot this time and Subaru's story ended up becoming a hit.
His friends and acquaintances becoming his avid reader much to his embarrassment.
