Summary
P was given clear instructions. Destroy the flame puppet in Venigni's factory that was mass creating puppets, clear the Cathedral, the Malum District, and finally, the King of Puppets to put an end to the frenzy. He had only been conscious for a few days, but when he enters the Opera House to accomplish his last task, things change.
For the first time, the target his father assigned him does not try to kill him.
Instead he's held hostage.
Despite his escape attempts, Romeo manages to convince him to work together to stop the alchemists through a temporary alliance, and agrees to let him go once their common enemy is taken out of the picture. Through this alliance, P learns more about himself, Romeo, and his father than he ever thought possible.
And by the end of it all, two best friends reunited in a second chance at life make good on their promise to become the best Stalkers in Krat.

Summary
Long before the glory of Krat was trampled underfoot by the scheming of Alchemists, Technicians, and Immortal Interlopers, Romeo and Carlo are two seemingly ordinary men trying to navigate life in the extraordinary City of Tomorrow.
In the present, after Krat has suffered the worst, P suffers from an identity crisis. While trying to bridge the gap between past and present, he finds a way to make amends for killing the King of Puppets. Using his newly discovered power, P must follow in the footsteps of the man he trusted the least to save Romeo from death itself.

P-Organ is left with only one question after his father sacrifices his own life to save him: who am I really?
Thus far, P-Organ has followed the whims and instructions of others, tearing through the ruined city of Krat to return the cobblestone roads to their former glory. But as unwanted memories start sifting in and P-Organ grapples with his newfound humanity, he can't help but think of the King of Puppets he defeated months prior.
After returning to the opera house, where the battle had transpired, something snaps into place, something P-Organ cannot recognize. All he knows is that he must revive Romeo.
And he will stop at nothing to do so.

In the Kingdom of Krat, King Romeo rules over all but a handful of scheming lords who have grown tired of the young king's antics. With an unstoppable disease spreading throughout the kingdom, streets overflowing with sickness and corruption, the king is doing all he can with the puppets he holds a firm grip on. Not to be outdone, Lord Geppetto offers the king a gift. A state of the art puppet, who just so happens to share a lot of similarities with the lord's late son. The puppet has his orders, but his heart remains his own. For now at least.
