Keith’s hand paused next to the image of a meteor falling from the sky and landing in the ocean. And now it was Lance’s turn to squint.

-After his home planet is taken by the Galra, Prince Lance becomes torn between two lives: his home planet, or the world he crash-landed on, Earth. In order to find his birth brother and keep his new family safe, Lance goes undercover as a human at the Galaxy Garrison. And before Lance can get anywhere near a real Earth ship in order to do that, he finds his plans being thrown out of the window, because Lance is chosen as the Blue Paladin of Voltron.
Destined to save the Universe.

Lance hated being an Omega. He'd always hated his secondary sex status. It followed him everywhere, up to and including the Garrison. Now he was in space, and it had followed him there as well. It seemed that Alteans, Galra, and most other races also had the Alpha-Omega traits and that it wasn't limited to humans. And so, Lance's Omega status had followed him into space, and there was nothing he could do about it. It also didn't help that he'd fallen hard for a certain Alpha.
He didn't know that that certain Alpha was falling for him too.
Or that he may never live to see those feelings realized.

After finding that his main support technician and ex, Mei Hatsume, is on a forced sabbatical; Tenya finds himself working with an up-and-coming support gear technician, Midoriya Izuku, who just so happens to be Hatsume's new business partner. While in the meeting, Iida finds himself enamored by this intelligent, beautiful, shy, quirky yet quirkless, support gear technician. However, he can’t seem to find the right way to ask him out. So he ends up doing more and more damage to his suit to see him again. With some help from his friends of course.

It all made perfect sense now! The irritable attitude. The blanket cocoons and the cushion hugging. Lance even remembers Keith eating more helpings then usual at mealtimes. All classic signs of an Omega in preheat. It’s no wonder no one could figure it out before Lance since no one but Lance was an Omega. Omegas tend to have a greater sense than Alphas and Betas for these kinds of things. It’s theorized that Omegas gained this sixth sense as a way to both avoid rutting Alphas or protect fellow Omegas from intrusions or worse. Lance would have got it sooner, but he’s never seen Keith in preheat before. Since every Omega smells different, preheats also differ from Omega to Omega.
When Lance goes to comment on this new realization, he looks up to find Keith staring at him in complete horror.
