Summary
Another 1930s AU fic from me, who's surprised?
_Getting rid of a body shouldn't be something Vox is so used to, and yet the steps came naturally. There was something different about himself that he was beginning to realize. Shunned briefly, but now, it sat comfortably in the corners of his mind.
The static electricity around them made Vox deeply aware of the new darkness that made itself at home. He was sure Alastor had become familiar with it too. It felt like they shared it -- as if it was one in the same -- linking them together like the red string of soulmates.

OR : A fic about Vox and Alastor meeting in the 1930s as kids and growing up together in a world not accepting of them. It time skips through some of their childhood as they develop into the Murder Husbands (and their feelings for each other). But in a world where they only have each other, what will happen when they're torn apart?
AKA I'm terrible at writing summaries... the tags might be more helpful. I also don't want to give the angst away yet

This is not the city, nor the era, for a man to get upon his knees before another, for men do not grovel nor beg. And a man of Vincent’s stature, status and complexion does not prostrate himself before a man who looked the way Alastor looked.
Alastor turns his eyes away, feigning nonchalance, and nearly jumps when he feels the warmth of Vincent’s fingers curling to clench his.
And then… a soft ghost of lips upon knuckles.
Alastor grins into the darkness.
Like a moth to a flame, or fish to bait— Vincent is the easiest prey Alastor has ever caught.

On hiatus
After his big plan to rule the heavens goes down in flames, Vox finds himself powerless and out of luck. With no influence left and nowhere else to go, he somehow ends up at the Hazbin Hotel — and to his absolute horror, he’s stuck working there as the new receptionist.
He hates the job, he hates the guests, and he really hates that deer-looking sinner who won’t stop smirking at him. Most of the others have already lost their patience with him, but Charlie still insists on believing there’s some good left in him.
Of course, just when things couldn’t get worse, new problems start showing up at the hotel... and it doesn’t matter how much Vox complains, he’s getting dragged into it anyway.

Summary
Harry Potter had been able to see people others couldn't since he could remember; he didn't know it was something bad until he could speak and Aunt Petunia would hit him with the spatula for his freakishness. Still, they made good company occasionally, at least the ones who weren't yelling all the time. Regulus, in particular, was a constant guardian; he taught him, was never unkind, and even protected him when his incorporeality allowed.
(Or the one when being touched by death left a lasting impression on one Harry James Potter, leaving one Regulus Arcturus Black to raise his brother's godson. As a ghost. Who knew the afterlife would be so interesting?)

Summary
I've read a lot of great time travel fix-its - but what always seems to happen is they send one (or more) of the Stark kids back, without anything but the knowledge of their past lives. They never have a plan, they have to spend a lot of energy getting any kind of influence/credibility (being, you know, kids), and in more than a few cases adversaries up to and including the NK himself also have knowledge of the past.
The premise of this little sketch is that the Old Gods have sent back the Stark kids previously, but for the reasons above, it doesn't work out. The Gods try one more time by instead bringing Ned back to his past, after they make him live through what each of the Stark kids experienced. Ned is then sent to his young adulthood with a plan...
