Right. He’s down bad.
It’s 1982 and it will soon be three years since Chuuya last saw Dazai. They used to kiss and make love between cigarettes and vinyl records before their paths diverged. But they both still write songs about the other, and life has a funny way to make people reconnect.
Or: the jazz musician Dazai and rockstar Chuuya in the 80s AU where who’s the more whipped should be a competition at this point.

There was no point in getting anyone else involved. There was also the Zenin clan. If they caught wind of this, things would not bode well, especially as the child could inherit the ten shadows.
“No– we can’t,” He confirms. She nods.
She seems oddly serene, like she’s in a trance-like state. He can’t bring himself to be angry with her, knowing that her hormones are likely out of control. Besides, it’s his fault more than it was hers. He had failed to exercise self-control. Sure she could have objected at any point, but it was up to him to ensure that they were being safe.
“What the fuck are we going to do?” She asks, panic has crept into her voice, she gives him an exasperated look.
He sighs.
“I don’t know”
