Garcia pouts, but stays a safe distance away.
The two guards roughly push the Arkham Knight towards Hotch and Rossi.
“Here’s your guy.” One of them sneers. “He’s your problem now. Call us when you are done with him.”
Or, the BAU ends up temporarily having custody of the infamous Arkham Knight and they learn more than they signed up for

Summary
His room is made up of four corners, nothing more. Just four painfully white walls, devoid of scratches despite his best efforts. Even the blood spilt from his whipping a bit ago disappeared before it could leave a mark.
There’s no indication of life in here. No sign that he’s even been here. The most morbid part of that thought, his lips tugging into a sardonic smile, is that his fear feels rather subdued. He can’t die, so why get up in arms over such a small detail? People have gone and died for decades now, erased completely from his life. He doesn’t even carry enough fucking memories to remember each person as they were, so this is all right.
The thing is, he doesn’t remember how he got here. He can’t recall a time outside these four white walls, a time where his stomach wasn’t pinched with hunger, his mouth gnawing on a finger just to feel alive.

Jason gets magically de-aged, and Bruce believes he gets a second chance to care for his son, to fix it all. Jason doesn't remember anything, but the body remembers, the soul remembers, and he acts on instincts. He knows that Alfred is kind, that Barbara is a safe person, and he knows that Bruce isn't.
He can't shake the feeling that something bad is going to happen to him, and that feeling gets worse every time Bruce gets near.
Bruce wants a fresh slate, Jason is terrified.
