Summary
The Empress hears of a potential godling who may rival her in power and sends some of her people to investigate. Ariane gets captured by some Imperial agents on the Empress' orders for the fact that her bioresonace is suspected to even rival Hers. She is brought to Buyan and gets mentored by the Empress in the workings of both bioresonance and godhood. Isa makes a deal with an entity she has very little knowledge of in hopes to see her sister once again, she is with Ariane soon after this happens and also gets captured by the Empire as a hostage to make sure Ariane doesn't get out of line.

Summary
Ariane barely understands what she has unleashed onto Sierpiński. Commander Falke comatose leaves the already decaying and plagued facility in further disarray the other upper management trying to maintain the mining facility to the best of their ability. Most of those aware of the signal’s cyclical nature try to stop or leave it. The unaware try their best to just get help somehow and survive. Bioresonace attuned individuals are suffering and most are barely clinging to coherence. Even the ones aware of it all don’t know its full scope.
The two looking for their loved ones roam the Signal searching for what they seek in this hellish nightmare.
It’s all pointless in the end.

A collection of short stories taking place during the never ending cycles while Ariane’s signal is still in affect. Mostly focusing on Leng, the Penrose, Rotfront sector C and Nowhere and maybe some other places we’ll have to wait and see. Exploring the perspectives of different characters during the nightmare.
Also just a way for me to do a lot of text alterations/type settings (if this counts as that) cause it’s fun and fuck around with text motifs for fun as well.

Summary
Whatever happened here was bad. Irrevocably, inexplicably, inarticulably bad in a way that the most basal parts of his being wants nothing more than to escape from. But Grace can't turn away.
After encountering what appears to be a last hoo-ra emergency mission attempt from Earth caught up in the Hail Mary's wake, Grace and Rocky discover a single, severely injured human being quite literally encased in what Grace can only describe as a crime scene. A horror movie. And when he wakes up? He's mad. Really mad. Talking to the walls mad. Now they have to figure out just where he came from and why. Things are further complicated when all the newcomer (Simon, they learn) can talk about is missing planets, haunted oceans, and non-existent space stations. That and the really weird data they've been picking up on.
Maybe part of solving that is, much to Rocky's enthusiasm; both Grace and Simon slowly realizing how lonely they are. -

Rocky. I can’t put this all on the guy right now. He should be happy. We are going to Erid. We are going to save his planet.
“CBC. A complete blood count.” I answer, hoping he doesn’t ask me why.
“Purpose, question?”
Rocky, please. I’m trying to spare you right now.
Basically, Grace gets exposed to a dangerous amount of radiation during an EVA and doesn't want to tell Rocky bc of what happened to Rocky's crew <3
THIS IS A REWORKED VERSION OF "TEMPEST" - after some comments, I wanted to keep the soul of the story, but make it more scientifically plausible. While there are still probably some inaccuracies, I still hope this isn't as messy as before.

Summary
The thing about time is that it's relative. If something happens in one moment it also happens in every moment throughout all of its existence.
That is to say that when a fraction of a fraction of the King slips into Avery's mind on New Year's Eve, Avery also wakes up a year prior with omnipotence, a world's worth of grief, and his best friend's real-life address burning in his head.
Along the way he picks up a baseball bat. It's a necessary provision for smashing Derek's laptop into a thousand pieces before he can so much as launch Minecraft.
