His voice had no hint of aggression, like he simply wanted to find out what’s going on and then decide what to do afterwards. You bit your tongue, fearing just what kind of trouble you could be into.
“ You’re the one throwing a gun around a place where you’re not meant to be,” you sneered back at him, your voice laced with venom yet you’re not struggling. You’re standing still. The sirens were blaring, making your ears ring.
