In ShortNeither Dazai nor Chuuya were individuals who expressed the depth of their relationship through words. Linguistic articulations of affections weren’t something they expressed to each other often.
Dazai's medium of affections were physical touches. Chuuya cannot count the number of times the brunet has swiftly but selectively snuck in a kiss. The quick, short but sweet brushes of lips here and there whenever they’re together. However, unlike Dazai, Chuuya didn’t know how to reciprocate such physical touches of affection. He was always the one on the receiving end and never initiating back.
Dazai never minded that but it did make Chuuya feel guilty.
So he tries hard.

In Very ShortDazai is extremely smooth and sneaky with his kisses and Chuuya feels guilty at not being able to reciprocate them so he tries hard to do the same– shower Dazai with kisses and show him that Chuuya is a better kisser!
