Summary
“It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God.” — Hebrews 10:31
Rin joins the investigation to find Masaru to quell his insatiable curiosity with the hope that he can return to fully focusing on soccer again if he can find out the truth. But when strange symbols, voices, and bodies seek him out in ways no one else can see, Rin finds himself hoarding evidence. He tells the police one thing, witnesses another, and is forced to bear witness to their expressions slowly contort from confusion to pity to suspicion.
As the case drags on Rin starts to sense that he knows things he shouldn't—Unfortunately for him, Masaru knows it too.

"Hey, did you guys hear about that serial killer who escaped from the mental hospital? It's been all over the news for the past 2 days." Bachira chirps trying to make conversation while shoving a forkful of food in his mouth.
Isagi chuckles lightly while pulling out his phone to check the news. Before he can get the chance to type the words 'serial killer' into the bar his smiles drops as his eyes mull over the trending headline.

Not very credible sources if you ask meYou would think an elite high school such as Blue Lock would focus on grades and your futures.
This school produces future leaders, overachievers, alcoholics, psychiatric patients, murderers, and an alarming number of tragedies.
Apparently, going to school has its side effects.

Summary
"You don't have to keep quiet, Rin," Loki sighs, "You don't need to shoulder this burden alone. Sae doesn't understand what he's missing out on."
Rin crushes the leaf under his shoe. If only things were so simple, "I know."
He does agree with Loki though. Sae's missing out.
OR: Itoshi Sae returns from Spain very early, and that leads to his brother, Rin, joining PXG early. He finds out something(s) about himself he never expected to learn, and consequently joins Blue Lock in a slightly different way.
