Kaminari Denki was used to the side effects of overusing his quirk. If he went over his wattage limit, he got, well... stupid. It had always been that way. He'd discharge a lot of power and then wind up kind of dazed and not able to think clearly or look after himself. It was like being drunk - at least, he assumed it was, since he'd never actually been drunk. But it lowered his inhibitions and made him not able to really think clearly. He thought of it as being buzzed, because the pun amused him. His classmates knew about the aftereffects he was vulnerable to, and they tried to look out for him, making sure he didn't do anything dangerous, guiding him to safety, or just keeping an eye on him.
There was something else, something they didn't know, though.
Excessive use of his quirk also made Denki incredibly horny.

The first thing he saw was L, directly on top of him. Now it makes sense. He thought, staring at the way L had a leg thrown over his while the rest of his body was sprawled across Light.
Light was too tired to react on the outside, but his mind wasn’t clear at all. This was now the second time Light had seen L asleep, much more peaceful than last night, and this time on top of him.
Light tried to slip out from under L, but that wasn’t going to happen. L instead shifted closer to him, if that’s even possible, and unconsciously wrapped an arm around Light so he couldn’t leave.
OR
