Summary
After everything that's happened with Chronos, Zagreus is helping rebuild- as well as finally (though belatedly) coming into his godhood and all that entails. Now he finds himself with a beloved sister, new faces, and new challenges. He's married the love of his life, there's peace with the Olympians, and his father is attempting to treat him a bit more nicely these days- by all accounts, Zag's life is going good- smoothly, even he should dare say.
Unfortunately though, he forgot about his extensive family's tendency to meddle.

Raised by his mother far away from both Olympus and the Underworld, a strange series of events leads Zagreus to meeting a faceless, nameless Chthonic god.

Hythlodaeus took on the mission alongside Emet-Selch long ago. A name borrowed became his mantle, and he told himself the cost would be worth it.
Worth it as long as the three of you would be reunited again.

Summary
What would have happened if the WoL had been a shard of another soul? What if they had been a shard of Hythlodaeus instead? Emet-Selch had his entire plan laid out, but all of that is turned on its head when a distressingly familiar hero turns themself in to Garlean forces after the assault on Rhalgr's Reach. They want to bargain...and nothing will be the same afterwards.
Basically, this is a canon divergent story of how things could have gone had WoL been Hythlodaeus and taken a somewhat different path. Takes place beginning portion of Stormblood and continues from there so there will be potential spoilers all the way through, and significant canon events may go completely differently.

“Far be it from me to suggest postponing our retirement for the evening, but I feel simply noisome. Might either of you be interested in accompanying me to the baths?”
Indeed, she’d amassed an unpleasant layer of dried sweat and pollen, her skin sticky. Sleep had come to her in worse-off conditions before, but the Miqo’te was never one to turn down a basin of warm water.
Even Emet-Selch, who so often protested against creature comforts, gave one sharp nod.
Floor-length, gauzy white robes were provided on a hanging rack. Hythlodaeus pointed them out, explaining they were a kind of uniform to be worn within the facility. She pursed her lips once the robe was in her hands, realizing that the fabric was, well… sheer.
After a hard day in Elpis, the Warrior of Light is invited to join Hythlodaeus and Emet-Selch for a relaxing swim at the baths. She's surprised to find that it is actually a public bath house, complete with fully expected nudity.

Summary
Post Endwalker. Xaele Xullei has been out of combat for over a year since the Final Days. In her battle against Hades some years ago, however, something in her permanently shifted with his defeat. Her health has seen a steady decline since that day, and she’s not entirely sure why. She made it through every battle at the ends of the universe and came back, but it drained her of all she had left. Will the unexpected return of a love from centuries past be able to provide answers?
Emet-Selch is begrudgingly summoned back out of the lifestream by Hydaelyn because her precious Warrior of Light is dying, thanks to him. It’s now his responsibility to make sure she stays alive. For him to be successful, he has to earn her trust as they both come to terms with their harrowing pasts together.

Emet-Selch’s peaceful expression soured. “You can’t be serious,” he said with a huffy cross of his arms.
“The star shall surely be saved, and I owe absolutely nothing more to Zodiark.” Hythlodaeus said, his smile the practiced placating curve that D’fhiri had grown so familiar with in Elpis. “And while you have had many lifetimes to explore, I would like my own chance to see the world our dear friend loves so much.”
Post-Endwalker Fix-It, in which Hades and Hythlodaeus choose to stay.
When the Warrior of Light, D'fhiri Jinh, convinces the two men bound to her soul to linger with her in the world of the living for a little while longer, her joy is palpable to those she loves. Her established partner, G'raha, is suspicious and protective, while Emet-Selch and Hythlodaeus explore how they might fit in to her life in a more practical way. What does it mean to suffer to live, and to choose a beginning rather than an end, all for the sake of love long lost and rediscovered anew?

Summary
Anders was an open book with ink hastily poured across every page.
His robes were gaudy and obvious, with all the deep color and pride of a peacock, yet they were heavy and shapeless. They weighed him down, slowed him and swallowed him, hiding a long-waned frame that had only just started to fill out. He was tall, but curled like a willow, bent low to better hear his companions or to evade any wandering eyes that he deemed suspicious. He wore his long hair back, vain in that he would complain if any muck or viscera found itself embedded within, but it was clear he often wished it was down, so he could hide behind it. A pale, clean shaven face, eyes dim and dull but manic in movement. Anders had always seemed like a man collecting red herrings.
Perhaps this is why Nathaniel did not recognize him, at first.

The list of things in Night Vale worthy of study is long, and part of Carlos’ work in this strange desert community is deciding what takes precedence. With the impossible seismology, apparently psychotropic sandstorms, fake clocks, and whatever those deer are, there's just not enough time to cover everything.
Also, call it an oversight, a budgetary limitation, or Carlos having seven degrees in natural sciences and none in social sciences, but studying the actual societal structure of Night Vale and its... peculiarities hasn't been a priority.
Six months in Night Vale to the day, he's going to wish he'd taken the time.
The AU in which A/B/O exists... but only in Night Vale. And after six months of residency, the scientists have just officially become citizens.

If you asked Carlos what his mission in Night Vale was, he'd likely say something along the lines of "Oh, I'm commanded by an ancient family prophecy to cross the boundary into this strange town and to apply all of the witchcraft and occult knowledge at my disposal to unravel its secrets and probably banish some great evil from it."
Life should have been easier when your fate was already written down. And yet, here Carlos was, getting kidnapped by shady government organizations and swooning into the arms of handsome radio hosts and trying to get the stars to work properly.
The AU in which everything’s about the same, but Carlos is an Anathema Device-style occultist with his destiny outlined across 800-some index cards, and Night Vale is the most thaumaturgically interesting community in America.
(Technically takes place in the Good Omens universe, but contains only oblique spoilers. In which Carlos is a member of the Device family.)
