For the Cogs Valentoon's day was always a touchy subject, some adored the toon holiday all about expressing love to one's partner, while others were starkly against it. For Graham it was much harder to tell how he felt about the holiday as he spent the start of the holiday each year with withered roses on his desk and an unnatural focus on his work for a cog who could never sit still. Despite his apparent ambivalence towards the holiday, the truth is far sweeter than any of his colleagues could guess.

Summary
It's the holiday season in Toontown, and a blizzard has formed trapping a group of cogs and toons inside of a motel in the middle of Toontown. Due to a recent, temporary, truce neither group can hurt the other so instead the two groups descend into a prank war. As the days, and the pranks wage on however things begin to get more and more chaotic, right up until cogs and toons alike start disappearing outright. Will the two groups be able to put their differences and pranks aside? Or will they all vanish under these mysterious circumstances.

A group of four cogs all receive a letter telling them to go to an abandoned office building in Barnacle Boatyard to retrieve some confidential and important paperwork. However after they arrive things quickly begin to go wrong, strange creatures and copies of themselves roam the building and threaten all of them.
