But human determination being what it is meant that within an hour they couldn’t turn it back off again, and a few days after that, they found themselves being given as a ‘starter’ Pokémon to a black-haired ten-year-old in his nightwear.
It was hard to believe their week could get any worse. But of course, fate does not like to be tempted, and even the Original One isn’t immune to its tricks. With one door stuck shut, another one may have unexpectedly opened; all they had to do now was survive Ash Ketchum. That couldn’t be that hard, right?

Unfortunately for both of them, that perfect, utopian reality exists, in Maruki's Tokyo of 2017. And once the offer is made, it's not that easy to avoid being sucked into his world.

Summary
