After the...unique...success of Mal, Carlos, Evie, and Jay's time at Auradon Prep, King Ben decides to bring over four more villains. This launches a new political integration initiative to help fix the economic and social disparities between Auradon and The Isle of The Lost. When the newbies re-connect with the Core Four and remind them of their no-good ways, a new plan is hatched to steal more royal artifacts and potentially take over Auradon by de-throning the new King. Will their evil plan succeed or will good save the day once again?

The head chef, Luz Noceda, is well known for her strange but delicious food. While popular, sales have been down and The Owl House is in danger of closing. One night, due to a double booking, The Owl House's biggest investors (and partial owners), the Blights, show up unexpectedly with a huge party.
