It was one thing to know something was going on. But it was different to hear it coming from Minho’s own lips.
There was an inner turmoil in Chan, so many questions and things he’d like to say. Of course his heart was breaking but what else was new, he’d been in love with his best friend for years. He knew this would happen eventually, Minho was going to have a lover someday, worse, a boyfriend. Someone to share everything with, someone who completed whatever piece he was missing, someone who could his kiss pouty lips and feel those same lips moan his name.
And that man was never meant to be Chan, he knew that. Years and years of reminding himself braced him for the imminent impact.

Summary
Chan settles himself back on his bed, his legs pulled up to his chest as he waits for the flash drive to load. He pulls out his phone from his bag and sees messages from Hansol and Soonyoung and one missed call from Soonyoung. And it's not helping that he's still his phone's screensaver. He locks his phone and throws it by the foot of his bed. Chan sees the flash drive opens and sees just one thing in it that's named "NOT FOR PUBLIC SCREENING". He double clicks on it and waits as it loads.
And then he sees Wonwoo sitting in a stool in the middle of the screen.

Summary
Wonwoo is horrible at gift giving. Kim Mingyu is the guy he's been pining over since forever, and also happens to be the one he ends up needing to get a Secret Santa for: courtesy of Kwon Soonyoung's annual 'Christmas Eve & Secret Santa Party'. Wonwoo actually thinks his gift might be alright this year - until he actually sees Kim Mingyu at Soonyoung's party, and Wonwoo regrets literally everything he's ever done because Kim Mingyu is so astoundingly perfect in every single way possible. He's still really unsure by the time Mingyu gets to tearing open the wrapping paper; but maybe this year, the gift is just right.
(That Meanie Christmas fic where Wonwoo is insecure about everything and Mingyu has too many things he wishes he could've said sooner.)
