That’s all well and good, but Ben’s buddy is stuck on campus and will never make his pick-up in time for his 3:00 p.m. delivery. And if he doesn’t, the whole crew will be late getting out of Boston for their guy’s ski weekend.
Ben offers to take one for the team -- promises to make the pickup, keep his distance, and call the client once the delivery has been safely dropped outside their door. Then LEAVE.
And in his defense, Ben fully intends to do just that. It’s just that when he picks up the order it’s for Rey Dameron, Ben’s best friend’s baby sister. And he’s known her all her life and those Flaming-Hot-Cheetos are not what she needs.
Neither are the Totino’s Pizza Rolls, and this Omega -- the one Omega on the planet he gives a single shit about is not about to hunker down for a week and survive solo on nothing but junk food. So just let him fix this situation for her and he’ll be ready to go.
