“How did you two meet?” Charles fired immediately.
Max chuckled at the eagerness in his boyfriend’s voice, he was utterly adorable.
They briefly locked eyes, smiling at each other before focusing on the two Aussies in front of them.
“We met at the karting track actually,” Daniel said.
“I was instantly hooked.”How will Max and Charles navigate their first year as a couple while also dealing with the stress of a Formula 1 season? Their relationship will be tested by having to trust each other with things they would never share with another soul. Meanwhile Daniel tries to figure out how to deal with the expectations of a new relationship after his last one ended abruptly. And will Carlos survive being frienzoned by Lando over and over again?

“I will never yield to you,” Charles said before Max smashed his lips against his own. He let out a surprised grunt as his hands gripped the Dutchman’s hair tightly before reciprocating the kiss.
When Charles joined Ferrari, he had only one clear goal in mind. He would do everything in his power to get ahead of Max Verstappen. What he hadn’t expected was that his world would start turning upside down the closer he got to the Dutchman. Which was way closer than he ever thought he would get.

“Then choose to act differently,” Charles said softly as he rubbed his thumb over the side of Max’s knee. Max nodded slowly as he turned his head to look at the Monegasque.
“What do I need to do?” Max asked, tone of voice hopeful.Max hadn’t expected that Charles, who had once been his rival, would be able to change everything he knew about their friendship in a matter of weeks. Soon, Max found himself questioning everything he’d ever known. Not only about their bond, but also about himself.

When Max noticed a guy at the bar bothering Charles, he couldn't help but to step in. He made sure the guy didn't think twice about bothering Charles again. What Max hadn't expected was that this night would lead to him expressing his feelings for his childhood friend. Let alone that Charles reciprocated those feelings.
