Summary
Muggles set off a catastrophic reaction of ley lines, leading the entire wizarding world and other magical creatures to pack up and abandon Earth for a new world. Now they are settling on a new world where the flora and fauna are oversized and the apex species is massive, intelligent, telepathic dragons. As the only person able to travel through the portal unshielded and bring everyone and everything across in habitats, Harry is the most famous person on Omen, much to his disgust. As a bonus, though, Rita Skeeter is forever relegated to writing obituaries.
This will make moderately more sense if you start with the first fic in the series.

Summary
Basically, instead of Isabella's plan for college and work etc. going smoothly in her attempt to avoid *THE PLOT*, she ends up in Italy which is generally bad news for anyone who knows the gist of New Moon. So, she ends up being re-raised / re-educated (?) by a bunch of vampires and as expected, loses more than a few morals along the way. Flashforward a couple of years, she goes to Forks to spend some time giving poor Charlie memories to hold onto when she inevitably "dies". This is very chaotic and drabble-y. Enjoy
