Summary
A near-death experience inspires Gimli to reveal feelings he has been long-suppressing, feelings that Legolas discovers he returns full-fold. They quickly move to exploring one another's bodies, and soon discover the differences between elvish and dwarvish lovemaking (even if they don't yet know all the words). But as different as they and their people are, they've always fit together perfectly...so surely this will be no exception?
"Gimli," he murmured, his words half-muffled in the beard that covered the dwarven neck he nuzzled, "Gimli, may I touch you?"
"Daft fool elf," Gimli panted in return, "what do you call this?"
"No, I mean—I mean all of you," Legolas explained, his voice gone low and half-breathless beneath the weight of his words. "I mean your skin, Gimli, your body…"
Mainly an excuse to record and share my needlessly in-depth headcanons about dwarven and elvish bodies and sexual practices in explicit detail. In other words: porn what porn? This is pure world-building in a veneer of smut. (Spoiler: also plenty of porn.)

Summary
In Balin’s estimation, ‘awkward’ is hardly covering it. Just when the Company had thought they had finally prodded their leader and their burglar past the whole shy avoidance stage of affection and into a much more honest dialogue with one another about their feelings, they had to run into this problem.
The problem is, in Dwarven culture, the woman is the one who proposes marriage.

Summary
Twelve-year-old Peeta Mellark’s decision to comfort a man crying in front of the statue of Lucy Gray Baird changed the trajectory of his life forever. In a matter of hours, his abusive mother had been arrested for his “murder”, and he was on a train to the Capitol to start a new life he didn’t want.
Ten years later, he is known as Petro Heavensbee, the rumored illegitimate son of President Snow. He lives a relatively quiet life in the Capitol running his adoptive father’s estate and painting portraits of the Capitol elite. When his godfather, Uncle Coriolanus, announces that he’s chosen a bride for him, Petro knows he has no choice but to go along with the match. He’s resigned to living the rest of his life in a loveless marriage until he learns that his future bride is Katniss Everdeen, the sole victor of the 74th Hunger Games and his first crush.
***
When Katniss Everdeen meets the man she’s being forced to marry, she’s shocked to be confronted with someone who resembles a ghost from her past. Petro Heavensbee’s kind demeanor and resemblance to the boy with the bread makes him incredibly hard to hate. But Katniss is determined to hate him anyway. She fails spectacularly.

Katniss is never sick, it’s something she prides herself on, always has. But never in her life has she felt how she feels now though. Hunched over the toilet adjacent to her and Peeta’s room, trying to be as quiet as possible as she vomits every bit of food in her body. Something isn’t right, she feels all out of whack, like her brain isn’t working right. She’s confused and anxious and just - just - wrong. It’s been like this for a while, almost a month she’s felt strange.

“Seriously, Harrington? It just had to be Munson, huh?”
“Hey!” Munson cried out in offense, his body almost entirely hidden by his omega’s fur.
Wolf-Stevie stopped grooming the top of her alpha’s head to spare Hopper a withering look. “Sorry, sorry,” he sighed, rubbing at his forehead with his empty hand.
(In which Billy Hargrove threatens her mate and Omega Stevie wolfs out.)

From a Tumblr prompt:
Imagine-your-fav-character:
Imagine you and your favorite character trying to sleep on a hot summer night, but you keep complaining about the heat and don’t let them sleep. Suddenly they move on top of you, press you on the bed and say “if you don’t stop going on about how hot it is, I’m going to give you a reason to feel hot”.

Summary
“Master Baggins…” said Dori slowly. “You do remember receiving this gift, yes?”
It is a gift. She shut her eyes tight. It was all too clear—the pallid sheen of his face, the skin around his eyes bruised with worry and lack of sleep, the white press of his knuckles. He had been a ghost of himself. A token of my regard. The flash of teeth in the dark, half-snarled. I have been blind… but now I see.
“Perhaps I do not care to remember,” Bell whispered, turning her head away.
