Summary
Hornet woke in the Black Egg Temple to the sight of her sibling's fractured mask. For the walk from the temple's central chamber to its exit, she thought herself truly alone in the world once more.
When Hollow followed her out, she realized that wasn't so. But now she has to try and take care of her older sibling as they recuperate and learn to live in a world where they do not have to be pure, figure out what to do about what Little Ghost left of a body, and try to piece together two kingdoms which fell long ago.
Life keeps throwing her surprises, too, which does not help.

In the next story, red ice numbers are on the rise in Bludhaven, and the captain calls in an old cop friend for help. This just so happens to be Hank Anderson.In the story after that, Dick learns Connor isn't planning on celebrating Thanksgiving and drags him home to the Manor to have Thanksgiving dinner with the fam. Tim's been following the Android Rights Movement pretty closely. Some things come to light.

Lan Xichen leans in interestedly, dripping water across the floor. It's not the two way transport talisman, but it's something like it.And then it ignites in a bright phosphorescent flash - and Liebing lands on the burnt remnants of the scroll.
Ah.
"My gratitude," Lan Xichen says and picks up his flute. Then he chuckles.
It seems that Laozu couldn't help himself and had tampered with the xiao. There's a new charm hanging there, next to the old white and blue tassel.

Watto scoffs. "Not in my life!"
"Thousand five hundred?"
Watto shakes his head. "I couldn't, I couldn't! It's not worth the risk!" he says dramatically, and then counteroffers, "Five thousand."
The hunter's grin turns a little sharper. "How about two thousand and, just as a bonus," he pulls out a blaster, "I don't blow your wings off? How about it?"

“What do you mean you don’t understand?” Revali demands, turning back to him, his glare even deeper on his face than before. “I’ve expressed myself clearly to you many times before - it is no fault of mine that you see yourself as better than I simply because of the sword on your back. “I-I don’t understand,” Link repeats, because for once, he truly doesn’t know how it was that he didn’t please this individual. He thought he understood, before, but Revali has grown more and more upset, and Link simply does not understand what he has done wrong to cause this.
He wants to fix this.
It is the first time in his life he can ever truly remember wanting something.
It is as his vision begins to blur (he doesn't know why) that Revali’s expression shifts.

And if you’re willing, I’d love to show you around.”It’s an invitation. An invitation that Zelda would have never offered him in the past.
I think I would like that, Link signs, finding that he means every word.
Zelda is the princess. His superior. The woman he follows into battle, the child whom it is his duty to protect.
But in this moment where he smiles back at her, he realizes something else about the girl sitting in front of him.
She is his friend.

Only Hank knows that Connor is a person for certain, and Fowler and Chris have a pretty good idea. But you don't really have to know it to feel it. The difference is highlighted when Valerie comes in and starts fucking with Connor in front of them - it makes them very uncomfortable even if they can't quite rationalize it.We're back on break time for a bit, but I hope you liked everything!

“This is you, isn’t it?” Tony held it out. Peter reached out, his hands shaking as he took it from him.
It was the picture they took at Stark Industries. They needed proof for May that he was working as an intern there, so Tony had a certificate made. It was Peter’s idea to give each other bunny ears, but Tony was the one who held the certificate upside-down. They’d barely known each other then, but they’d both laughed when they realized his mistake.
A couple of tears ran down his cheeks as Peter gripped the frame. “Yeah,” he choked out. “That’s— That’s me.”
Peter knew Tony had the photo. He kept it in his lab. Once the spell was set and done, he figured Tony would’ve thrown it out. Why would he hang onto a picture of someone he didn’t recognize?
Peter never told him, but knowing it was there made him feel so important. He should’ve told him.
“You’ve shivering,” Tony commented, just like Pepper had. His anger had turned into a shade of worry and concern. With a small shake of his head, he moved out of the way. “Get in here.”

As soon as the kid was out of sight, Tony smiled again. The amount of relief he felt was almost absurd. Less than a minute of thinking brought him to a simple revelation: he loved the kid. Probably as much as he loved Morgan, if he was being completely honest with himself.The thing was, it didn’t feel new. It felt like something that had always existed, even though Tony hadn’t been aware of it before.
Maybe Stephen’s spell wasn’t as clean-cut as Tony thought it was. If that was the case, was it possible other things survived the blast?
