She nodded once and took another sip. Choso slowly stepped back over, sitting on the floor near the tub, his back pressed to the wall. He was facing y/n, one knee up, resting his forearm across it.
"Choso?" Y/n asked after a few minutes of silence, the only sound being the slight sloshing of the water when she adjusted how she was laying.
"Yeah?" He responded, tilting his head to the side slightly.
"Why did you let me stay?" She said suddenly, eyes burning into his.
Choso rubbed his other hand on his leg that was straightened out in front of him, licking his lips quickly. "You needed somewhere to go."
"Is that all?" She whispered, not sure what she wanted him to say.
"No." He answered, voice steady and unwavering.
