Summary
The Peter Parker’s and their allies must team up to fight a new and lurking danger, one which threatens the Spider-Men’s very existence. With no hope to be found, they must reach out to shadowy figures in their past in hopes of winning the day and stopping this new threat, but they just might not be able to forget so easily that the very person that could save the world and their lives as they know them, is a person who brought pain and suffering to their separate worlds. And when you’re screaming on the edge, forgiveness is hard to find. Can they find it in themselves to make the hard choices and take charge of their diverging futures or will long buried secrets and shadows of the past haunt them, causing catastrophic damage to their converging timelines. Will they make it out with their lives? Or will this be the end of the Spider-Men and the start of something much worse?

— WARNING: SEASON 4 SPOILERS —
After the events with Vecna and his supposed demise at the hands of the group of Hawkin’s teens, and the reunion between the two groups, Will begins to distance himself from everyone, especially Jonathan. Something which Jonathan is not going to let go lightly, because this is one thing Jonathan won’t let go by so easily, because he knows that Will STILL needs him, and in a way, he knows that he still needs Will.
And Jonathan meant everything he said in that dumpy Surfer Boy Pizza Parlor, so when Will starts acting differently, jumping at little things, getting lost in his head, in the sort of non-daydreaming type way, and fighting with Mike (Mike and Will never fight... well, never used to,) Jonathan knows he has to step in, even if Will won’t like it, or won’t necessarily be honest with him. Because things have really changed.
There’s something off with the youngest Byers, and his friends and older brother won’t let it slide, but will Will let them in? Or will Vecna be able to break down the trust between everyone, alienating Will even more from his found family?
It’s just, Jonathan is broken and doesn’t know where to start, so he’ll start at the beginning.
