He ends up meeting a strange cartel Drug Lord by the name of Stefan who is seemingly addicted to his own product. Despite disapproving of his business methods Oswald finds himself inexplicitly drawn to the eccentric man. Perhaps it was his manic similarity to his past companions, or maybe it was his strength and self-confidence that made him so interesting to the Kingpin.
