There are six steps to making sure that no one finds out you're not okay!
1. Hide the fact that you're having nightmares again. you don't want to bother them... right?
2. Don't let them know you've relapsed. Even if it means wearing long sleeves in 100 degree weather! don't. let. them. know.
3. Hide the fact that you're (probably) over working yourself! They'll stop you if they find out. and you cant have that... can you?
4. Start realizing that food is wasted on you! The others need it more... so what if you get dizzy if you stand up too fast now? It'll be worth it.
5. Try to kill yourself and fail, because you can never do anything right. Can you? Make sure to hide the evidence from this step, don't let anyone find out!
6. Have your friends find the remains of your attempt and question you about it-. Wait... what?
