I've read a few Gimli goes back into the past or Bilbo and various other scenarios but not so much Legolas.
So...
I've decided to be mean to Legolas, he losses Gimli before he realizes what the dwarf could mean to him. When he ends up back in time, in his fathers forest, before Thorin journeys through Mirkwood toward Erabor. He knows exactly what he needs to do. Glion is Gimli's father. The dragon is asleep and Bard has one of the few black arrows left. Good thing he's rather good with a bow.I thought about ticking the character death box but Gimli doesn't stay dead for long.
