Summary
Sergeant John "Soap" MacTavish is declared K.I.A during a failed recon mission in 2017. His commanding officer, Captain John Price, takes the loss personally but has no other choice then to move on. He creates Task Force 141, keeps the bad guys scared of the dark, and hunts Makarov relentlessly - the man who killed his sergeant all those years ago.

It’s dripping blood onto the floor.
‘Shit,’ Steve says, takes a single step back, swallows. ‘Eddie, I’m so sorry, fuck.’
Eddie can’t seem to look away, can’t bring his ethereal gaze back up where it belongs. Steve thinks he should run, he should flee. A tiny part of him knows Eddie will chase him. Eddie will catch him, outrun him easily.
It's more than a little fucked up how that thrills him.

It wasn’t gentle, or cautious, or anything that Semi had come to expect from Ushijima. The kiss was demanding, the press of it pinning him even more inextricably against the door. Ushijima’s tongue pushed through his lips and filled his mouth, spreading Ushijima’s taste. A hand fisted in the back of Semi’s hair and pulled, just hard enough to sting, and Semi’s mouth fell open wider as a moan slipped away from him. Ushijima licked the sound out of his mouth and pulled back to look at him with dark heat in his eyes.
“Take off your clothes,” said Ushijima. It wasn’t a suggestion, but a command.

It has an immediate effect on Rey, whose pupils visibly widen as she stares at him, enraptured. She nods, and it’s clear that she’s not entirely in control of herself, and maybe Ben should feel guilty about how satisfying it all is, but he releases a pleased rumble from his chest instead.
When Rey’s scent spikes in response, he practically runs out of the room, trembling all over.
