Not with him, not vulnerable like this. Spite's hunger rises within him, mingling with his own desire in intoxicating ways.
"So should you," She grinned playfully before leaning down, bringing her face closer to his. His blood ran cold as he cold feel her breath on his ear. "But, I didn't ask for advice, I asked you a question." She hesitated for an excruciating moment, allowing her warmth to wash over him. As she pulled away, she lifted the sheathed dagger to his throat, before using it tilt his chin, forcing him to look at her.
