The kids of South Park acted like normal kids on occasion. Playing sports, having the typical boy/girl feuds, playing pretend. They even all played superheroes together! But its been years since then, costumes abandoned, and origin stories forgotten. With ignored immortality, incredible hindsight, and even the power of mint and berry, superpowers aren't even blinked at. However most of the kids never expected that the origin stories they came up with at nine years old would actually come to fruition. How do they handle it? How do they ensure things don't fall apart into chaos?

Summary
South Park was a town where anything could happen. And anything did happen. Perhaps that was why no one batted an eye when Timothy Burch was electrocuted by lightning the summer before his transition into highschool. Weirder things happened in the town on the weekly- weirder things had happened to Timmy himself last month.
Timmy quickly got to work reaching out to a select group of his peers, inviting them to work with him. For some he used their senses of justice, others the promise of fame- and some just wanted the abilities for cool powers. Nevertheless, by the time summer break ended and highschool life had begun, Dr. Timothy had amassed a group of 10 superheros.
They called themselves the Freedom Pals. Dr. Timothy had made a point to keep most of the groups identities secret from each other, giving the heros the choice to reveal themselves. He had inventions to alter the sounds of their voices, and most of Timothy’s creations had the side effect of warping the wearer's perception. In this way, as long as the Freedom Pals were using his inventions, they wouldn’t be able to draw the obvious connections as to who their teammates might be in the civilian world.

His eyes glazed over the room again before he caught a glance of a certain blond-haired man. Well, most of that hair was covered by a navy Denver Police Department cap, and his mouth was covered with a black medical mask.
But when Kyle saw those blue eyes crinkle with a proud grin, all his disappointment faded away. He brushed imaginary dust away from his button-up and puffed out his chest as he walked over to Kenny. He walked much faster, meeting the other at the back of the house, close to the entrance door Kenny had just walked through.

As she slept, Chaos and Order clashed, tangled, and birthed a new fate as the pair now were intrinsically linked. The rawfulness of destiny, the devastation of love, and the idealization of hope tied them together intrinsically. The winds blew harshly in South Park and the clock ticked away in pure quiet. Only deep, drowsy breaths filled the air where once loud sounds were heard. Dreams occurred between the two of them. All that shouldn’t have been was to become the truth as something different emerged. And there was nothing the ten year olds could do to avoid it.

The boys are growing up and have hit puberty. It all goes smoothly for Stan and Kyle, who get all of the changes that you would expect. Facial hair, deeper voice, etc. But thanks to Kenny's.....Lovecraftian heritage, he goes through quite a few unusual changes, including tentacles. But it's fine. He hides his face anyways, so it's not like anyone's going to find out, right? .....right?
