Summary
If it looks like a duck, swims like a duck, and quacks like a duck, then it probably is a duck, right?
The same logic goes for Steve; he's a beta, because there's nothing else he could possibly be. At least in the eyes of doctors and every last person that met the guy. Bucky seems to think differently, though Steve's sure how much weight to give to the opinion of a guy who's clearly biased, and clearly an actor extraordinaire to live with Steve when there are alphas tripping over themselves to win Bucky over.
But when Steve's usual and undefinable springtime sickness hits him with more force than he thought possible, he ends up having to reconsider a view viewpoints. And maybe update a few opinions he has of himself while he's at it.
