Roy leans back against Jason and says, “That’s why I’m freaking out. I’m meeting your family as more than just Speedy or Arsenal or that kid that Oliver Queen took in. You’re important to me, and as much as I know you don’t want to admit it, your family is important to you. That means that tonight is an important night and I don’t have anything to wear.”
Sometimes Roy says stuff like you’re important to me so casually that Jason literally doesn’t know what to do with himself.

Summary
Eddie Kaspbrak has had a fear of being touched for the greater majority of his life, with very good reason. Touching someone who's meant to die before their time results in horrible, immersive visions of exactly how it happens. When he's rescued by a good simaritan who's death is by far one of the worst he's ever experienced, he's going to have to push past his fear and go against every rule he's given himself to prevent it from happening.
