Summary
A continuation of Julian’s route, picking up after the defeat of the Devil and following on from my pre-route fic, The Memories We Lost.
A nagging familiarity and a sense of deep connection had hung over Julian and Altheia since they met, and so discovering that she’d once been his apprentice was little surprise. But after discovering a relic from their forgotten past, and as Julian’s episodes of deja vu intensify, they realise that their before was much, much more. Together with their friends they must develop their magic and combine it with science and the stars, resolve their differences with Asra and tie up loose ends, and solve the mysteries of their past. Side by side, their path will take them through new realms and awaken treasured memories, lead them to an ever stronger bond and to defeat the ghosts that haunt them. Only then can they find Altheia’s true self and set her free.

“Who said there are no rules?” The storm is close and the promise of rain makes her fingers tremble.
“Come now, Korra, we both know rules are just holding you back.” She turns to see he is already looking at her, gray eyes stoic and knowing and she wonders if he realizes just how much they actually have in common: the ice wielding probender and the confine escaping, curfew breaking, boyfriend kissing Avatar. If only he knew how many rules she has already broken just to be here, just to weather this storm with him. Maybe he does, or maybe he suspects. And even though breaking the rules isn’t how she usually likes to operate, she won't deny the appeal.

The four heroes had finally been gathered.
After the Battle of Smuggler's Beach, Sparrow watched as Theresa once again reached out her hand, beckoning the newly recruited Hero of Skill to join them in their final stand against Lucien. This would be it, one last teleport and they'd be at Hero Hill. The Spire would be destroyed, Sparrow would get his revenge, and- and then, in a brief flash of light, Theresa was gone.

Summary
Processing my finale trauma by writing what I wish was the truth. Izzy didn't die, but he's trapped in the Gravy Basket with Buttons (the sea witch). In order to save his crew, he needs to escape purgatory, kidnapping, and the English. No big deal for our resident unicorn.
