Summary

Summary
Charlie feverishly ran his hands through his damp, mud-caked curls as he waited outside the ambulance. The initial shock over what had happened had now been replaced with soul-crushing guilt. As far as he was concerned, the blame for this accident lay squarely with him. Nothing could change his mind in this moment; it was entirely his fault.
If only he had refused Nick's offer to join the school rugby team. Nick had only asked because they needed a reserve to play against other schools. Now his best friend and teenage crush was fighting for his life in the back of this ambulance.

Nick and Charlie meet at school, but everything goes horribly wrong in their first rugby match against St. Johns before they become boyfriends.
This story explores just how supportive these two sweethearts are for each other. This time, Nick will need Charlie's support as he goes through a lot in this. I promise a happy beginning and ending, but it won't be an easy journey.
