Summary
You (a.k.a. Yuu, a.k.a. Victim of the Real Estate Market) accidentally bought a cursed apartment building.
This was supposed to be passive income.
This was supposed to be rest.
This was supposed to be "I sit down and money happens."
Instead, the building came pre-installed with:
- invisible hands
- photographic evidence of ghosts
- legal threats
- and at least one ancient, horned eldritch being who tried to host a tea party with children
No refunds.
Humans refuse to move in. Every showing ends in screaming, haunting, or a lawsuit. So Yuu, a rational adult with zero ghost experience and one (1) butterfly net, makes a very logical decision:
"If living people don't want it... why not rent to the dead?"
Thus, Yuu becomes the landlord of eldritch horrors.
Ghosts. Spirits. Things that should not have teeth. Ancient entities with unresolved trauma. All now legally required to pay rent.
This is not a horror story.
This is a real estate management nightmare.

Her body is too small, her face is completely different, and she's developed horrific deformities on her head and backside- a pair of horns and a tail.
Miyo isn't the only thing Miyo feels weird about. When did meta-humans become so widely accepted? Why dress in flashy costumes to fight one another? Where are the people she loved?
Everything Miyo knew vanished- now she has to live with what replaced it.
