See, this? This is the problem. Yoongi is always so fucking nice to him, never lets him get down on himself despite the clear fuck up his life has progressively become. Yeah, Jungkook’s got a decent gig at the station. His parents helped him out enough with money that he bought a cruddy apartment on the outskirts of Seoul, was able to furnish it with hand-me-downs and a growing collection of plant life (that Joon-hyung swears will bring him luck). But he’s not going anywhere, hasn’t grown since college, is in the same place he was four years ago when he had the dumb idea to play it safe.
(Or, Yoongi fixes Jungkook’s shower.)
