Summary
The demon’s mouth closes in, teeth getting closer and closer and Akira can feel something burn deep in his core, down in his very heart and soul. It burns hotter than anything he’s ever felt, like being roasted alive from the inside out, a star dying and being reborn all again within him. A wall breaks inside of him and the heat spreads through his entire body, he closes his eyes in pain, feeling like hellfire itself it tearing him apart. His whole life flashes before his eyes, and he can feel someone else in his mind, watching too, taking stock and inventory of his memories. He more feels than hears a powerful growl and realizes the noise is coming out of his own mouth, something clicks finally inside him and this odd invading force settles in the forefront of his mind.
“Now… we can fulfill our purpose… Akira-“ A deep rumbling subconscious voice purrs out at him, “We can protect Him… as it was always meant to be.”
That fixit that every devilman fan writes one day to cure their broken heart. Happy ending guaranteed :)

Summary
Ryo foolishly thinks helping Akira with his demonic lust wonʼt have any long-lasting consequences.
However, he will soon be proven wrong. Very wrong.
So, with a half-demon child on the way, the pressure to take advantage of the second chance heʼs been given by his father to do things right, and his obnoxious twin brother annoying him at every chance he can get, Ryo sure is eager to tear his own hair off.
At least he has Akira and Jenny by his side.
And maybe he can finally learn how to be loved and how to love back. Surely it canʼt be that difficult, right?
Under constant editing and reviewing, mostly for grammar and typos, fixing a couple of things that are rough around the edges, nothing too big.
