Pete could not believe the audacity of the Russian hockey player that sat next to him at the bar. Ilya Rozanov, his name was. A well-known athlete with impeccable skill and the tendency to be an asshole. Which sucked, because how could you hate a player that was so goddamn good? If anything though, that just brought in a crowd even more.
Besides that, the man shouldn't know what the hell was going on between Pete and Ray. But apparently he did. Or at least, he had a clue about it. It caught Pete so off guard because they were having a simple conversation before that bomb was dropped.
Pete scoffed, taking a sip of whatever vodka Ilya ordered for him moments ago. “Are you always this loud and— and blunt?”
“So, is that a yes or a no…?” Ilya swirled his fingers around as he ignored the question.

Summary
The Musketeers were facing a hefty fallout between the members of the band; last album took a rough toll on them, and it seemed like that were bound to break at any moment. And with the tension regarding Ray and Stebbins being exes, it was no surprise that the guitarist left, alongside the keyboardist he was getting closer with. So, with the pressure faced on making a new hit for the label, they quickly scout for a new member to fill in their previous members' shoes.
Lo and behold, Peter Mcvries comes through and turns the band's (and Ray's especially) world upside down. For better or worse. (Idk i'm not good w/ summaries just trust my vision)

Summary
Stebbins (and Harkness) are hosting the annual Halloween party for the aftermath of all of the exams being taken. Pete wants to figure out the deal between the two of them and use his costume for something. But when he comes across a familiar face at the party, all of his focus is on Ray instead.
TLDR: Pete and Ray have been yearning for each other and have to face the music when they actually meet. Queer tension happens.
